Minibus-taxi vehicles are under guarantee of compulsory fiscal accountability (traffic) and damage accountability (Automobile insurance) of Highway and Traffic decree no 2918. This decree commands to insure every person in the vehicle. For this reason, 6 different insurance options are available.

NOTE: ALL INSURANCE EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED TO THE RENTING PRICES.

Traffic Insurance
This insurance is compulsory by the authority of law and does not require any extra insurance.

Casualty insurance - (CDW)
All kinds of casualties and responsibilities during renting process are under responsibility of the client.
However, by paying extra fee, you can void from these responsibilities. Casualty insurance covers all kinds of material losses.

Personal Accident Insurance
This insurance covers all kind of treatment expenses – permanent disability and decease indemnities in case of an accident.

Burglary Insurance (TP)
By paying extra fee, client can assure the car against any kind of robbery.

Plastic - Window- lights Insurance (TWH)
In case of demand, by paying extra fee, you can insure your tires, windows and headlights.

Insurance against Third Parties (PAIPLUS)
By this insurance, you can cover the expenses of the third parties.

In order to use all insurance, following topics are to be voided;

Faulty use of the vehicle,
Use of alcohol and narcotics,
Violation of legal speed limits,
Alcohol and traffic reports must be taken in site and delivered to Turuncu Rent a Car in 48 hours,
And
Driver must be registered on renting agreement,
Vehicle must not be driven by individuals without driver’s license.

Otherwise, insurance shall not be valid and the client will be responsible from all losses. Besides; faulty declarations, use of excess load and use of the vehicle in forbidden places shall cause the insurance to be not valid.
