PAYMENT- PREPAYMENTS
All kinds of valid credit cards are acceptable in payments. Primarily, blank credit card voucher shall be collected as prepayment. Incase of no use of credit card, a bill of exchange with the amount of the price of the vehicle shall be collected and will be returned to the client in the delivery of the vehicle.

DELAY OF THE DELIVERY
Car rentals of 24 hours, if a delay in the delivery shall occur, 1/5 of the total rent price will be extra paid by the client. In case of 5 hours or more delay, client shall pay the price of an extra day and CDW insurance.

DRIVERS LICENSE – AGE OF USE
Minimum age limit for renting B-C-D-E-F-H class vehicles is 21, for G-I-P class vehicles is 25, for L-X-M class vehicles is 25 and having a valid driving license for 2 years.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Additional drivers may use the vehicle by stating their driver license and identifications in the agreement.
Otherwise, all insurances thereto shall be invalid and all financial loses will be covered by the client.

RENTING PERIOD
Minimum renting period is 24 hours.

LONG TERMED RENTS

RETURNING CHARGE
Clients may return vehicles free of charge in the cities to train stations and airports where Turuncu Rent a Car has point of deliveries in office hours. Clients may deliver vehicles to a station outside a city in the charges of;

0 -500 km 88.-€
501-1.000 km 177.-€
1.001- 1.500 km 236.-€
1.501- 2.000 km 295.-€

VAT shall be included to returning charges and be collected on first payment. If there is no point of delivery, nearest Turuncu Rent a Car office shall be deemed as point of delivery and 0,30 € per km will be collected.

TRAVELLING ABROAD
Necessary paper work must be gathered from relevant authorities and approval of Turuncu Rent a Car is required.

TRAFFIC FINES
All traffic fines and legal responsibilities that occur from clients faults are under responsibility of the client. Traffic fines that received by Turuncu Rent a Car shall be forwarded to the client and collected in cash or by credit card (mail order). In any case, if the authorities keep the vehicle for a period of time, passed time will be included to the agreement..

TROLLEY, BABY SEAT and TIRE CHAIN
Full payment is required at the time of rental.

TRAFFIC FINES
Abovementioned accessories can be supplied with a charge of 25.- € + VAT and demand of these accessories must be transmitted to our agency in advance of 48 hours. Tire chain and snow tires are available for all our vehicles and do not require extra payment.

IMPORTANT NOTES
DAMAGES, TAPE RECORDER, CAR LICENSE, TRAFFIC SET, PLATE ETC. ARE NOT INCLUEDED TO THE INSURANCE. ALL ACCIDENT REPORTS MUST BE DELIVERED TO TURUNCU RENT A CAR IN 48 HOURS.
